Anyone want to record some bass for me? (Maybe strings.piano too)

I found a forum post on here through google about someone asking for session bassists for hire. There were a couple of members who offered to do it for free - although I am willing to pay a bit.

Is there anybody who would be willing to record a fairly simple bass line for a pop/rock type tune? Once it's mixed it will be played on the local BBC radio station. ftp://ebooks:ebook1@87.117.203.141:21/happydays.mp3

Also anybody who plays/records strings (perhaps violin/cello etc) who's interested would be amazing.

If not then some reasonably priced suggestions would be good as most session sites are quite expensive for a poor student like me. I'm looking for a 24bit/441000 recording.
