You could try the Beyer MCE58 which is a handheld omni intended for interview work and is marketed as having a 'high-level unbalanced output' intended for connection to portable recorders.... howver, the specs say its sensitivity is only 4mV/Pa which might make it easier for noisey mic pramps, but it ain't enough for a line level input.

There's also the Rode Video Mic PRo which, again, is intended for use with DSLRs and video cameras.

If you really do need a line level input, then one of the little mixers designed specifically for DSLRs, such as the JuicedLink or the Beachtek might be the solution:
