Okay, at present, copper screen is going to sleeve, Red is going to Tip and Blue to ring.

I'm finding the labelling a little confusing. I'd assume my red wire (currently going to tip in the insert configuration) is the hot core 1, yes? (...and there for the blue (currently the ring) is the cold, core 2).
