Help finding pop filter

Postby Dan LB » Tue Apr 02, 2013 12:50 am

A while back, I read an ad in SOS for after-market pop filters that fit over the capsules (under the grill) on hand-held vocal mics. Does anybody know what they are called?

Has anybody used them before? Are they effective?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Dan.

Anybody?

I can't remember whether it was an ad or if it was in 'news'

Was it this one?

Yes that's the one! Thanks so much. I'll probably buy a few to try out. I sometimes come across singers that need a pop shield of some sort, but those of the foam variety just look too big and ugly on camera sometimes.

Cheers,
