KRK customer support

Found to my dismay today that one of my Rokit 5s is emitting a mains hum and crackles (the other one is fine and both have been tested with multiple sockets, locations and cables).

So I tried to call the only number they have, which was immediately disconnected, and have emailed Gibson support.

Anybody had experience with KRK enough to report on their findings? Considering the number didn't work and they have no obvious UK service centre I'm not convinced my monitor will ever be repaired...

Maybe try to contact your local music shop, see what they say?

Yes, KRK are distributed by Focusrite in the UK.
