AAF OMF

Postby lotek » Wed May 09, 2012 3:42 pm

Hi, I'm putting some sound effects onto a movie right now, using logic Pro 9.1.7 and the editor is working in Avid, He originally asked for the files in OMF, which for some bizarre reason I can't find under my EXPORT pop down .. I do can find AAF, should this make any difference, if I export him the Audio files with an AAF file? strange that the OMF export isn't there .. I'm sure I've seen it before.

Is there a 'enforce Avid compatibility' option when selecting the export parameters?

Hmm, I've had a look, and it OMF IS under the File/Export menu in a project I just opened!

Enforce Avid .. I'll check out .. I've just figured out the OMF thing is a 32bit thing .. it doesn't work in 64 bit ... ????
