Two handy apps

I can't remember if these two tools has been spoken about in Martin Walker's always informative PC-notes, but I've found them both quite handy, so I'll post it anyway.

This app is quite useful if you want to try out some things, but don't want to mess around with a perfectly working OS:

Not wanting to open an unknown zip, may I ask you to describe this further please?

Every once in a while you need to take ownership of a file in order to copy, move, or otherwise change it, which can, in some cases, be quite a convoluted process. This makes it much easier.
