Online Shop - How do I know my purchase was a success?

At the very end of the shopping process the SOS shop displays a thank you screen and gives you an order reference number. If you don't see this screen there must have been a problem with your order and/or the payment process. 

Please Note: for physcial items payment is not taken until the goods are dispatched. Our stock levels are always changing so please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us. 

For digital downloads, payment is taken immediately.
