Heavenly Boddy

Sound designer and celebrated synthesist Ian Boddy has just released Odyssey, a compilation of his last eight sample libraries. Released by Zero G, it is apparently “packed full of ambiences, soundscapes, drones, loops, single hits and effects”, and it comes in a variety of different file formats.

Logic users are catered for by the EXS24 files, while Sony Acid, NI Kontakt, NNXT, Apple Loops and Rex files are also included. In total, there are 3600 files, and they come in a box with two dual-layer DVDs (though Zero G’s UK distributors, Time + Space, will soon have a download option available).

The Zero G Ian Boddy Odyssey is available now, and carries a price of £99.
