German mic experts AKG have announced that they are offering 10 free places on their newly conceived Scholarship Of Sound educational programme.
Open to musicians and engineers (whether student, professional or amateur) from across Europe, the Scholarship Of Sound involves spending a week in Berlin, where the winners will receive “expert tutelage and guidance from highly respected artists, music producers and music professionals”. To enter, all you need to do is go to the Scholarship Of Sound web site (below), and answer a few questions to determine the extent of your motivation to pursue a career in music and audio.
AKG are accepting applications now, and the closing date for entries is June 13th, whereupon all entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts.
