Studio One Pro summer sale

PreSonus offer DAW for bargain price

Throughout the month of June, PreSonus are offering their flagship sequencer, Studio One Pro, for the reduced price of either £129 or £229 (the package normally costs £349, so whichever price you qualify for, it’s quite a significant reduction!). There are a few conditions, but to most people reading this (specifically, anyone who already uses one of the main DAWs, as we’ll see later), the offer pretty much amounts to getting Studio One Pro at one of the aforementioned prices.

First of all, there’s the upgrade route: if you already own Studio One Artist, you can upgrade that to the Pro version for £129. And since all of PreSonus’ interfaces and mixers come with Studio One Artist, the same will apply to anyone who already has a PreSonus mixer or interface, or who purchases one in June. Of perhaps wider appeal, however, is the crossgrade path: users of the following DAWs will be eligible to purchase Studio One Pro for £229 (£120 less than the full retail price): Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Logic, Garageband, Sonar, Ableton Live, Digital Performer, Acid, Record, Reaper Samplitude, Mixcraft and FL Studio.

All you have to do is send your dealer a photocopy of either the DAW receipt, or the DAW bar code, and you’ll qualify for the reduced price. For more info, including a list of participating dealers, check out your local distributor's web site (which, in the UK, is Source Distribution).
