Press Release: Alchemea To Host Exclusive Live Sound Master-classes

PRESS RELEASE: London based audio college Alchemea are hosting a series of exclusive live sound master-classes featuring some of the top names in contemporary live sound production.

Jon Burton & Dave Swallow will be giving the masterclassesOn Tuesday 28th June Jon Burton (The Prodigy, Pendulum, Mika, The Stereophonics, Radiohead) will be talking about his approach to sound-checking and mixing a live show. Jon's extensive work in the world's top venues and on all the major music television shows mean that this is a learning opportunity not to be missed!

Wednesday 29th June will see live engineer extraordinaire and published author Dave Swallow (Amy Winehouse, Seasick Steve, Corinne Bailey Rae, La Roux) give a presentation about 'the art of mixing a show'. Dave will talk about the creative aspects of mixing in the morning and explore technical and system based aspects in the afternoon session.

Time will be allocated for numerous Q&A sessions during bothsessions so attendees will also have the chance to pick the brains of the cream of the industry.
