SOS Awards 2012 prize winner (video)

£7k Studio SOS installation

As part of last year's SOS Awards, we promised to give away a £7000 studio bundle, comprising DAW software, an audio interface, monitors, a MIDI controller, a quad-core PC, a control surface, an SE mic bundle and a new studio desk.

But that's not all! As part of the prize, we agreed to pay the winner a Studio SOS visit to help set up all their shiny new gear. Well, that lucky winner is Ian Stephenson, and at the end of last year the SOS team travelled all the way to the Isle of Skye to install his new studio. You can read about our trip in the February issue of Sound On Sound (on sale 24th January), and watch a video of the installation below.
