The audio files on this page accompany this month’s feature on the voiceover industry by Jason Bermingham (www.soundonsound.com/sos/jun11/articles/voiceover-01.htm). One is a recording of room noise, which Jason uses to mask absolute silence, making his edits sound smoother, and the other three are recordings done by his wife, Simone, for the Avast! software mentioned in the article. There are three versions of the same file: the first is the original recording, the second is the master after edits and processing, and the third is the final MP3 sent to the client.
