GarageBand For iOS continues to impress as it becomes more sophisticated; and while you likely won’t finish a full production with this app, it’s becoming an increasingly good sketchpad — especially with the increased Logic interoperability.

A numerical increase in a new iPhone’s name is usually representative of a significant change in the device’s physical design. The iPhone 7, however, breaks with this tradition and looks remarkably like the 6 and 6s models of the past two years. So what has changed?

GarageBand 2.1 now  supports the iPad Pro, but also has new features to benefit all users. When you start a new Song, you now have the option to use Tracks (as before) or the new Live Loops.

Given the rich ecosystem of music and audio–related iOS apps, it’s not impossible that the usefulness of the Apple Watch in this field will evolve over time.

While the iPhone 6 might not be the most aesthetically pleasing device Apple have made, it’s obviously the most powerful so far and with the largest displays yet seen on an iPhone.
