Convolution reverb has always been valued for its ability to recreate the character of real acoustic spaces. However, the quality of the result is largely determined by the impulse responses behind it.
When iamReverb developed their eponymous debut plug-in, their goal was to create a convolution reverb that delivers authentic spaces while remaining fast and intuitive to use.
