Hey you all!

I am absolutely frustrated. Been trying for hours, following all kind of tips and leads.
Installed, uninstalled & reinstalled the last driver. Updated the TAC-2R firmware...

Also did the cable plug one by one thing. No way.

It still does not work.
My TBolt does not recognize anything connected.

The Zoom works, because I tested it myself in other computer.

This one is a MacBook Pro 2018 High Sierra 10.13.4

Please, help! & Thanks a lot in advance....

Does your machine detect and identify the device.

What's the result of doing this? If you can't see the device then it's probably a hardware rather than a driver problem.

After messing around for almost an hour I just discovered the solution (and that's the reason I just registered on this forum). :D

After installing the drivers you need to head over to the security settings (System options --> Security), and click on the button that says "allow". Check the entry "Zoom Cooperation" and grant access. Now restart your mac and the Tac 2R should be recognized by the system. Hopefully this works for you guys as well :)
