I would not expect that to be a problem. This particular power bank is capable of delivering a range of voltages. So our piano requires 12 volts (as does the DR680) and it will deliver such into a variety of plugs as well as USB for phones. It will cheerfully power the piano for several hours and show a capacity drop of 10-15%. So I have high hopes for the DR680. It's rated at 85Wh and the DR680 at 9.5W with phantom which suggests I might get the best part of 10 hours. We shall see.

Having fun with it so far. I've learned to place it where I can see the screen.

It's certainly lovely and quiet, and I think my various mics all sound a little better than I've heard them before when I plug them into the DR-680.

With no sessions or sings to record this week, I've been experimenting with recording acoustic guitar sounds, and have found that even in my very unsuitable living room crossed (cheap) ldcs produce a /huge/ and shimmering sound in figure of eight centred on my 12th fret. I never thought I'd find a use for Blumlein outside of a proper studio.

That'll come in handy...

Thanks for the tips.
