Adat to jack cable

Postby Alistair Leech » Thu Apr 26, 2018 11:22 pm

I have a PreSonus Audiobox 1818vsl. Does anyone know what type of adat cable i would have to buy to access the extra 10 input channels, ideally by jack inputs, thanks.

You'll need more than just a cable as you need to convert the analogue signals to/from digital and also package those digital signals into the ADAT format. Something like the Behringer ADA8200 would work which gives you 8 mic/line inputs and 8 line outputs. There are more expensive alternatives from the likes of Presonus, Focusrite, Ferrofish and Audient (for inputs only).
