its also when i dont record. And i play back my recorded things. I use reaper.

Have you tried longer buffer settings?

yeah thnx. Why it cant be on the lowest buffer? Now it works but its not on lowest. One more help what is that mix function? is that for zero latency? how it works?

You'll probably be hitting the limits of your
system on the lowest setting. You'll need to experiment and find a compromise between buffer size and acceptable latency.
No idea about the mix function, that's what the manual is for! :)
