Hammer Audio ha-872 or maybe Bock 195?

Postby forumuser647509 » Sat Nov 16, 2019 9:57 pm

Hi guys,

Looking for a nice quality studio mic for around £1000. Has anyone tried the Hammer Audio? Or the Bock Soundelux 195? I like the very few demos I've heard and Paul White speaks highly of the HA-872. I've heard and read some good things about the Bock too. Its nigh on impossible to get a demo of either of them here in the UK. I've narrowed it down to these two, as they seem to be well put together and use good quality components. Obviously from what I've managed to hear they seem (most importantly) to have the type of sound I'm looking for.

Thanks for any comments in advance!
