Hey there. Basically I’m wanting to go out from an iMac headphone port, into a dual stereo headphone splitter, and one stereo side to a 3.5mm to dual 1/4 TS adaptor, and I want to get other opinions to make sure there won’t be any weird problems or quality drops. I basically want one side of the stereo headphone splitter to go to the 3.5mm to dual 1/4 TS so I can have a stereo quarter inch out from the computer, and then the other side of the stereo headphone splitter would be for headphone monitoring.

For this reason, just get a basic audio interface with the outputs you need. It will remove any such worries about weird problems and quality drops. If a job is worth doing...collin_slobber wrote:I want to get other opinions to make sure there won’t be any weird problems or quality drops
