I have a pair of Abyss AB1266, they sound the best for any headphone usage during tracking or mixing, but they're too expensive to recommend.

It's always interesting how people's perceptions differ. I tried those Abyss cans for a while and found them pretty unappealing, even after spending some time getting to know them. Heavy, uncomfortable, impractical/annoying with the split cable thing and rather under par sound. Especially for the price.
There are obviously people out there whol like them, though, as I sold them for slightly more than I paid for them. So I guess that's something to like about them.
