Loving cubase pro 11, and have started delving into making tempo maps. Had a really strange experience. I played a midi click along with a song, and tweaked it to perfection.
I made sure the midi was clean in the list editor. No strange controllers, etc. Then fed it into "tempo detection" Well, the map worked... all except one small section. It was as if cubase detected a stray click and the map went out the window. Tried repeatedly. Same result.
Could not for the life of me figure out why. So I turned it into audio, and fed cubase that. Worked perfectly
