Is anyone using a PreSonus Studio 68c with Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 250 ohm headphones?
The headphone volume seems really loud. I can’t go past 9 o’clock on the dial before the volume becomes ridiculous.
I've tried looking online, but I found several people saying that those headphones are quiet!
I’d be interested to know if anyone has the same setup and what your experience is.

No I haven't but I think this may be the first time I've read a headphone volume post that complained it was too loud

Still taking this recording lark seriously (and trying to record my Gypsy Jazz CD)........

Unless it's distorting, consider it a bonus! I have a Presonus HP4 that gets crazy loud. Much louder than anything else I've used, including Audient Nero, Mackie Big knob and the built ins on Focusrite and UAD interfaces. Just don't turn it up to where it hurts!

Some headphone amplifiers are just loud. The one on my Drawmer monitor controller never gets over 9-o'clock and that's also using 250Ohm headphones.

Ignore the post count, I have no idea what I'm doing...

The Studio 68c puts out 150 mW/channel into a 56Ω load), for "comparison" the Nero is rated at 56mW @ 60Ω
