Hello guys, this is my first post on this forum and I have to admit it's been a few days since I've started looking for a solution to my problem.
I'm using Groove Agent One to program the drums for my upcoming album but I've got a problem that is rather annoying: When I use mute groups, sometimes samples get muted before the next sample plays. It happens at weird but regular intervals. Exporting the track shows that in the waveform, the sample is really muted abruptly anywhere between 0 to 200 milliseconds before the next sample plays. This gives a rather ugly stop & go effect to the samples, specially for the cymbals.
Here's a screenshot of the waveform after exporting a series of open hi-hats being hit at regular intervals, look how sometimes the transition is seamless yet other times there's a silence period there.
Thank you in advance!
