A few things spring to mind.
It's nice and clear and well separated and the vocals come through really clearly.
The bass and drums don't sound like they're in the same place as the rest of the band. The guitars and vocal have this massive reverb on but the drums are a lot more present.
At about 1:27 when the vocals stop it needs to kick up a gear for the instrumental but it doesn't.
At about 2 min there's quite a lot of guitar work going on but it's almost completely hidden - I wonder if you've missed an automation step in the mix-down perhaps?
It's not the most interesting song from an arrangement point of view so I'd definitely look to be a bit creative with the parts. Drums, bass and guitars pretty much start, run to the end, and stop. Same power all the way through. Dropping them out in places will give you a lot more dynamic space to play in and allow you to think about bringing some more ear-candy in.

Hope that helps.

Intro goes on a bit...
Hi hats are really really loud
Rhythm guitar and lead guitar are a bit unbalanced, they cant both be at the front.
Vocal sounds good
