My latest acquisition.. It's destined for the studio to work in parallel with the big A&H ML analogue console.

Brilliant console. Immensely versatile and easy to use. Loved working on those. Own a DM1000 still...

I used one for many years, we replaced an old 02R with the DM2000.
Very flexible, great monitoring options (e.g. you can assign 3 different 5.1 sources to easily switch between them) and like the old 02R, VERY reliable.
There was an option to put extra memory in it for storing large automixes which we did on advice from another user who worked in broadcasting. A 60 minute show could quickly fill the auto-mix RAM.
After several years we had to replace one fader, which was the fader we used the most.
There's software that will let you back up the desk, separate mixes etc to computer.
Setting up the software initially takes some patience and anger management skills, but after that it's easy sailing.
Enjoy your new desk!
