My Cubase doesn't seem to have that option :(

Then, as the others have said, you will have to do the routing yourself.

In that Audio Connections dialogue, create new inputs and outputs for the compressor's in/out channels. Now they will be available to you for inputs and outputs in Cubase. You can route audio to the compressor and record the results.

In this case Cubase will not help with any delays in the chain for you, but just try a few test recordings and see how many samples you need to shift the returning audio to line it up with the source.
