Can you deconstruct how this was mixed and/or get a similar effect?

Can you deconstruct how this was mixed and/or get a similar effect?

Hi, thanks for checking out my post. I recorded a few songs in Shanghai a couple years ago and loved how my vocals turned out. The studio wasn't very forthcoming about how they mixed, but I know they had a TC Finalizer and mentioned they used lots of Waves plug-ins. Anyway, the vocals really seem to punch through and break out of whatever device I play them on. Now that i'm getting into mixing I want my new tracks to feel like this and would love to know what chain of mixing would work. Thanks in advance!

Hi DrJokell, and welcome to the SOS Forums! 8-)

It would help us all a great deal if you could post a link so we could hear some of these vocal takes you're so pleased with - you don't even have to make them public links, as many web sites (including Soundcloud and YouTube) let you post private links that the general public never see.
