Whatever video software you currently use to make the videos should do it but several DAWs have basic video editing too, Reaper does for sure. If you use a Mac you have iMovie included but not sure about Windows.

I've been doing my recent video edits on the iPad using Luma Fusion after a recommendation here (thanks MfG).

Much more streamlined than previous workflow on Sony Vegas on Windows.

Do yourself a favour, wear earplugs at gigs.

At the 'free' level, you are veritably spoilt for choice. 'Hit Film' is one and if you want every bell and whistle imaginable, try DaVinci-Resolve. It too is free and is used for finishing most big-budget movies.

Resolve is very powerful but also very hungry. Shotcut is a lot lighter on the CPU, simpler, but still pretty powerful. But if I'm just playing with the audio side of things I tend to use Reaper.
