I am really tempted to "upgrade" my studio monitors from AE22 to Focal Solo Be6.
I have no possibilities trying them out before I buy.
Will it make a better difference? Is it worth it?

The AE22s are easily the best monitors I've ever owned. I would think very seriously about any 'upgrade'!

+1 to The Elf's comments.
The AE22s are incredibly accurate - they are not flattering at all. And this means that they show up failings in the room that you mix in better.
Also - and this is very much a case of YMMV - I've known people have strong opinions both ways on Focal monitors. Some people love them, but I've found people equal in their distaste for them.
As with all monitors, either try and arrange a demo in your mixing room. Or buy the pair you like the sound of best in the showroom and then learn to love them....

The Focal has a flatter on-axis response and slightly lower harmonic distortion compared to the AE22, but a worse time-domain response. Pick your evil... :-) So more of a change than an upgrade, depending on your priorities.

Resolution didn't review the Solo BE6 as far as I know, but they did the twin which will give you a good idea of its performance.

I'd avoid the Focals. That tweeter is really bright and clear, and it can tend to push you to slightly undercook the top end of the mix. I'd stick with the AE22's.
