I put the level down on the accordion, and remove some high freq on the master. Then I put it quickly with Ozone to have a decent sound

What I don't understand is that my references tracks seems to have a lot of "air" inside (or I don't know how to call it). It's like something was breathing into the mix, I ear that on many modern recording but I can't find a way to achieve it myself.

Do you have any idea ?

Definitely moves towards goodness - well done. Personally I do find the master a bit hot.
