I was planning to buy Wing, but unfortunately Stage box doesn't have Midas pre-amp, therefore sound quality will be different. What do you guys think? Am i right? When behringer will release new stage box with midas preamps then i will purchase Wing with Stage boxes.

What is your opinions in that?

The stagebox to use with the Wing if you want the Midas pro preamps are the DL16/32, the ones originally designed to complement the M32. They are Midas versions of the Behringer S16/32.

I believe 48k compatible pro series boxed i.e. DL151 work as well.

Yup, as DGL says the Midas versions of the stage box are available. And they have been around for a few years too.

This is looking better and better all the while. There was a demo model sold on eBay the other week £2245.00 - very tempting

One thing I am not clear about, with the 64 record, and 64 playback, could it be considered to be a multi-track recorder - seems to good to be true. Or is it like the A&H Qu-series, or the Durec on RMS UFX, you can either record stereo or all the channels but nothing in between (ok you could record n-channels but not play them back and record on another channel, as you would with a multi-track recorder
