Is anyone here on LinkedIn? I started a group called Realindie in order to bring artists and fans together. If you're in favor of this idea, feel free to join us and spread the word. Thank you for your time.

I'm on it but not very active. I find even the specialist groups don't have much meaningful discussion on them - just people trying to sell things.

Post GDPR there should be a simple and transparent process. Next time I'm logged on I'll have a look.
Going back to the OP, i did have a quick look but I wasn't really sure what the purpose of the group was. There seemed to be a lot of rules saying what we couldn't do but not much clarity on what we should. And as you have to join before you can see any existing discussions i remained none the wiser.
It seems to be a strange platform to choose though.

Thanks for the responses. I've been wanting to start a social network that addresses the flaws of the popular sites like Facebook and LinkedIn, but it's a difficult task given the competition. The LinkedIn group is my interim solution in order to gain support for this idea. There's more information on my LinkedIn profile.
