After many years working in and around music production I feel I really should strengthen my knowledge of copyright/publishing/the industry in general.
Short of going back to school I'm wondering if you guys could recommend any reading materials. I've seen the following recommended:

As a bit of alternative reading, have a look at the techdirt.com site. They cover a lot of stuff that isn't in this field, but use and abuse of copyright is one of their staples. It might give a balance of perspective to something that is frequently a more complex scenario than it initially appears.
