ALTIVERB OR VALHALLA REVERB ?

Hello guys .When ı mix song ı realised that valhalla reverb is better than altiverb even though altiverb is much more expensive .I was confused .Price is equal with money or it is not ?What do you think guys ? Which reverb is better ?

What works is what works for you in that moment.
Price isn't much of a function of that.

They are both good tools - the Valhalla stuff is just priced extremely well from a single developer, whereas Altiverb comes from a larger company, with more overheads - just because the the Valhalla stuff is inexpensive doesn't mean they are not good - they are.

In any case, while they are both reverbs, one is algorithmic, and the other is impulse response based, so in that they achieve their effect in quite different ways with different options.

And also Altiverb comes with a huge variety of supremely realistic acoustic reverbs.

Sometimes placing your instruments in a real space can make all the difference, while algorithmic reverbs can be amazingly creative and liberating, but not always true to the real-world.
