LogicProHelp.com - down?

Postby rACed2 » Fri Nov 08, 2019 5:13 am

The last 48 hours I have received many error 500, error 503 messages trying to read the logic pro help.com forums.
Just retried and I couldn’t even get past a login screen to see the site at all.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. They do seem to have performance problems from time to time. I’m sure the reason it’s now down is server maintenance to try and fix the issue and it will be back up at some point.

"As you've probably noticed, Logic Pro Help has suffered some connection issues lately. We were hit by a severe bot attack and ended up having to switch servers. We now have a brand new server for Logic Pro Help however while the domain name servers propagate, there's no telling wether you're seeing the old or the new site. What that means is that for the next 24 to 48 hours, some of the posts may or may not end up being part of the new database. For you the user, that means as once you end up reaching the new website, some of the newer posts will have disappeared.

Please note that this is a temporary issue that shouldn't last for more than 48 hours for most people. "

Genuine bafflement here. Why? Guess I just don't understand people.
