Best way to find duplicate music?

How to find the duplicate music file being imported multiple times from different CDs. I found this issue occasionally and really need to fix this to speed up my Mac.

Some of them are easy to target but some of them are with random names such as 02912.wma, which is hard to sort out.

I don't use a Mac, but on Windows I use an MP3 tagger that allows re-naming from tags. I think your answer lies with something similar.
