Ooh yeah!!

As primarily a sound recordist I don't think there's much here for me. Nevertheless I'll install it and will be happy to be proved wrong on this :)

Don't forget that there will be *lots* of small improvements over the headline features. For example, things like there is now a key command to bypass all plugins on the selected channel. Some of these small things are just as awesome in practical use as the bigger toys...

I see what you mean! That's quite a list. I can use that particular minor enhancement definitely.

That is pretty epic, especially the upgrade to EXS24 (finally!)

And Apple are to be applauded for not fleecing their existing customer's for more money. That's several large updates for free. In the same period I would've spent a few hundred quid upgrading via every iteration of Cubase from 7 to 10.5.

Wow! I can't remember the last time I paid for Logic upgrade. It's 10.5 turned up to 11! Been fiddling with Bitwig lately which has some great features. Looks like Apple have been copping an eye in that direction. This is going to tempt me back again.

Well done Apple (not something that's often said these days!)

Just triggering some loops & playing the remix fx from my phone - it's a blast! Not sure if it's any use in real life, but hey, the new samplers are a great addition.

Absolutely!! Now let's hope that they update the UI for all the other awkward looking virtual instruments!

Loving the new Quick Sampler. It's an absolute banger!

For me, Logic is the bargain of the century! An absolute no-brainer. I have composed so much more music since I made the switch from Pro Tools (I still use PT regularly but just not for composition anymore)
