App dates after Catalina upgrade

This is quite far from Mac Music, but after upgrading to Catalina, one app has been misbehaving; it's Plex and both the Plex Media Server and Plex desktop app have a 'created' date of 1 January 1970. Any advice?

Can't help with the issue but note that this date has special significance in UNIX-like operating systems as dates can be stored as seconds since the start of 1 Jan 1970.
