Can't see my installed Spitfire instrument in Kontackt

This is really really frustrating. I have the Spitfire and Native Instruments access download apps installed, with successful installations of Hansz Zimmer Percussion, and Arkhis showing in Kontakt via Reaper. I also have other BBC labs and orchestra apps.

I purchased and installed British Drama Toolkit but for the life of me cannot get it showing in Kontakt despite it being in the exact same Spitfire folder as the other apps (BBC Discover, Orbis, Hans Zimmer Percussion)

Can anyone help me with this as I can't understand why something in the same location as other functioning instruments is not being picked up. I have wasted a whole day on this and still no further forward. I have grown to loath Kontakt.

The only thing I can't find is the .dll file for British Drama Toolkit, where all the others are.

As you can see it shows in the Kontakt folders but I cannot get it up as an instrument.

And you can see it in native access as authorized?

No, it doesn't show in Native access, despite showing as installed in the Spitfire download app.

It's not installed - in the Files tab, you're just looking at your file system. That's a different thing to your Libraries tab.

When installed it should show in your Libraries tab - because it isn't there, it's not installed/authorised, so check your Native Access, and if you still have problems, you should contact Spitfire and I'm sure they'll help you get up and running.

It is def installed as shows as "Installed" in the Spitfire download app.

Ahem....I didn't realise there was a serial number as I just checked the email. Oh deary me, what a muppet.
