Xbox Game Bar. So you never use your PC for Xbox gaming? Me neither, which is why I wasn't aware of this feature. Happened across it by accident but I know people have posted here looking for software for screenshots & short video captures, so I thought I'd share it. It seems to work pretty well for anything (it's really nothing to do with Xbox) & might be useful for tutorials etc. Apologies if I was the only person who didn't know W10 could do this.

Obesity. Ask not for whom the belt holes?
Re: Screen recording in W10
You certainly weren't the only one who didn't know this.
Thanks for sharing, this could prove to be very useful when I'm trying to remotely guide a few friends who are new to DAW recording.

Worth noting that it records a single window rather then the screen, so will not capture child windows e.g. system context menus etc.

Re: Screen recording in W10
I didnt know about that either !
Ive been using OBS studio [open broadcast software] for screen recording
Its a free & opensource download.
Only took a minute to set up the audio & video sources but it has a few other features if you need them like cursor visible/hidden.
