I have just upgraded from Cubase 7.5 to 11

In the Download assistant as well as the Cubase 11 download there are many other options
for other downloads:
Spectral Layers - Halion sonic - Groove Agent SE ins - Groove agent content - Retrologue
Padshop - Analogue Techno - and many others

Some are recommended others are optional, haven't got a clue what i should be downloading, some of them are quite large and don't seem to have option for where they download.

Any ideas where to start, was hoping the Cubase download would have everything I need in the one package, but this has left me confused

If you have the disk space just install the lot. You'll find things easier that way. But if nothing else, take all of the recommended stuff.

I was going to do that, however some of the downloads are large and I don't see an option to install bigger downloads elsewhere, where I have the space to accommodate them ?

If you have the space then don't worry about it. Are you saying you know you're running out?

I had a similar problem recently. I downloaded what l wanted and moved them to another drive on the same PC using:-

Worked fine.
