Using more than one external usb interface in windows10

Is it possible to use two external usb interfaces simultaneously in windows 10, one for windows programs eg spotify youtube etc and the other for a DAW?

Yes - in fact it is usually recommended that you use a different interface for Windows sounds and keep your main interface for DAW use.
