Reclaimed wood, got a good chair at the same time but the matching desk was about the size of a pool table and wouldn't have fitted in the room :)

Welcome to the SOS forums Scott.

As you will have no doubt noticed, you can't just post images here. We don't host images here, so you need to use a 3rd party image host that allows the images to be linked and use the image tags here to link to the site hosting them. There are many options out there, I used to use Photobucket until they restricted linking to paid accounts, but now I use Flickr. And there are plenty of other free hosts out there you can use,

Having found out about these guitar kits on here, I also took the leap back in March and ordered one. Some two months later I managed to produce this, which I'm quite pleased with for a first effort. I can heartily recommend Pitbull, lots of support and both blinddrew and Wonks are on there and are an excellent source of knowledge. I've learnt loads.

Mrs S2 is quite pleased not to have the smell of drying varnish in the house any more, however I'm now thinking of the next project!

Very nice. Simple clean lines and lovely piece of wood.

Lovely, I have a bass that looks remarkably similar.
