'Sent' SOS messages still in my 'Outbox'

Postby Jay Menon » Wed Jun 12, 2019 7:57 pm

Why does this happen please - messages that I have 'sent', are remaining in my outbox. Also there's no option to open those messages and 'send' them.

Would someone please help / advise...?

Kind regards
Jay

I think that just means they're unread. Once they've been read they should appear as 'sent'.

Thanks Drew and Andy - it's just different to how most email programs work...

Thanks Again

It is a little different but one nice thing is that you can edit a message in the outbox, so if you have any afterthoughts or corrections etc. after sending it then you can update it until such time as it's been received.

Anything in 'Sent messages' is non-editable of course.
