Anyone used the SubZero - Gear4Music brand amps?

Postby Dave Rowles » Mon Dec 16, 2019 11:33 am

Hi!

I need a couple of guitar amps for my group teaching sessions. Used with electric drumkits so don't need a lot of power. I've been toying with the SubZero Mini stack which uses one of their 5watt valve amps.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience with them. I'm not expecting killer tone, but an idea of what I could expect out of it would be good! Budget is limited....

Cheers

I don't own one but G4M is my local music store so I have played around on them a few times (was toying with buying one a couple of years ago but my Peavey started behaving itself again so...)
Bascially, they're fine. Nothing to write home about really, but nowt wrong with them either. Can't speak to their longevity obviously but I've got other bits of subzero kit that have been well used and are still running fine.
