Artec Hot Rail Tele pickup

Postby garrettendi » Mon Mar 16, 2020 1:09 pm

Hi guys, I got the Artec Alnico V Hot Rail pickup for my Classic Vibe 50s thanks to a gift card from a friend! A mate of mine who is far more qualified at this kind of thing than I (he's an electrical engineer by trade) is going to fit it for free sometime in the next few weeks and I'm a little worried that the pickup won't fit in the bridge.

Here's the Amazon page: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01FN5WONC/ ... BEbSGYV2ZE

I've found some schematics of the bridgeplate but just getting more confused. I'm waiting to hear back from a YouTuber who fit the same pickup into an Affinity but no response as of yet

Is there anyone that can shed some light onto this please?

It's a Tele bridge pickup. It will be fine. They always are.

DO NOT WORRY!

Now go and enjoy your new daughter.
