I prefer Mogami w2319 with right angle pancake plugs for packing pedals in tight, although I had to use Switchcraft 380 on the ends going to my switcher, as the jacks are too tightly packed for pancake plugs.
I like the smell of hot solder, so I've never been tempted by the solderless ones.
